Be sure to read them carefully, before making a reservation (either for himself as well as for any person) accepts the following conditions and terms.

DEPOSITS & TICKETS ARE NEITHER REFUNDABLE NOR CHANGEABLE (Terms & Conditions Apply)

If not stated, all deposit paid and tickets bought or issued are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, or no-show (Failure to be at the departure airport by the time) and cannot be changed prior to or following departure (date modification is not permitted). When flights are reserved, bookings and tickets cannot be transferred to another person, which This means that changes to names are not allowed. Issued tickets are not to be re-routable. If you're booking the flight with an advance installment (Initial deposit) be aware that the price of tickets and taxes may change at any point without prior announcement. This means that the cost is not guaranteed until the tickets are issued as the airline or consolidator is entitled to raise the cost for any reason. In such a case, we won't be held accountable and the passenger is required to pay the difference in tax or fare. We recommend that you pay ASAP and obtain your ticket in order to prevent this from happening. In addition, if you be unable to cancel your reservation for any reason, the deposit(s) cannot be refundable.

CHECKING ALL FLIGTH DETIALS & PASSENGER NAME(S)

Your responsibility is to ensure that each and every detail is accurate i.e. Names of passengers (are the same as those appearing on passports or travel documents) as well as travel dates and Transit Time and Origin and Destination and Stop Over baggage allowance and any other flight details. Once the ticket has been issued, there are no adjustments that are allowed.

PASSPORT, VISA & IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

You are accountable for checking the authenticity of these items, including Passport, Visa (including Transit Visa) and other requirements. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate Embassy or Consulate prior to the departure time to ensure that you have most current information, because requirements change from periodically. We regret that we cannot assume any responsibility for any transit visa if you are denied admission to the flight or in any country due to a failure of your part to have the proper passport, visa or any other documents required by an airline, authority or nation.

RECONFIRMING RETURN/ONWARD FLIGHTS

You are responsible to re-confirm the flight at least 72hrs prior to the departure time, either through an agent for travel or with the pertinent Airline directly. The company is not accountable for any additional expenses for failure to confirm your flight.

INSURANCE AND BAGGAGE LOSS

We recommend you buy insurance for travel. You are responsible to make sure that you have insurance that is able to meet your needs. Also, make sure that you've met all health and vaccination requirements applicable to the country you're visiting. The best advice is available by contacting your doctor or the travel clinic. We will not take any responsibility for stolen or lost or damaged baggage. You must get in touch with the airline directly in this situation.

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND MEDICAL PROBLEMS

In case you've got any specific preferences, such as a preference for meals or Seat Allocation, chair request , for example we will be happy to inform us at the time of issuance of your ticket. We will make every effort to meet these requests by transferring the request on to the airline that is responsible, however we cannot promise and that we will be able to satisfy any particular requests will not make us accountable for any claims.

VERY IMPORTANT

We are not responsible in the event of financial losses should the airline ceases to operate. Passengers are accountable for this, therefore it is strongly recommended that separate travel insurance be secured to protect yourself.

1. RESERVING YOUR HOLIDAY

Government action: Our price guarantee will not protect against price increases due to the direct action of the Government e.g. the taxation of VAT or the Passenger Levy.

3. MINOR CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY

If we are required to make any minor changes regarding the arrangements for your trip, we will notify you as soon as we can.

4. MAJOR CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY

If, prior to your departure, we are required to make a major changes to your holiday arrangements e.g. changing the time you leave for longer than 12 hours alteration of airport(but not involving changes between airports within the London region, airline types airline) it is only due to the fact that we have been required to do so due to circumstances that are usually out of our control. In the event of such a situation, we will immediately notify you and our goal is to minimize your discomfort. We will , if possible, give you alternatives that are as close as is possible to your original selection. You then have the option of either accepting another holiday that is similar to the one you have chosen, price , or cancellation. If you decide to cancel you will receive a refund of the entire amount you paid us.

5. GROUP HOLIDAYS

Our holidays are based on a minimum amount of participants. In the event of a situation where these numbers aren't met, we have the right to end the trip and refund all payment made. Prices may increase when the number of participants is decreased.

6. FLIGHTS

Details of airlines, flight numbers/schedules and destination airport will be shown on your invoice/confirmation. We regret that we're not able to provide guarantees for specific aircraft models or airlines.

7. INSURANCE

The Company strongly suggests that the client take the appropriate insurance. The client is advised to review the terms of any insurance they purchase in order to determine the quality of the insurance. The Company is happy to provide you with an insurance quote. If insurance is denied, you will be required to fill out our indemnity forms.

8. MAKING A BOOKING

The person who booked the ticket is accountable towards The Company for the payment of the total cost of the arrangement for all the passengers listed in the bill.

9. DEPOSIT

The booking cannot be confirmed until the deposit is accepted by The Company.

10. CHANGING YOUR ARRANGEMENTS

If you would like to alter any aspect that is not related to adding more people in your group - and we can accommodate the change, you'll be required to pay an Amendment Cost per individual. The fees for these can be very different and will be disclosed at the time that changes are made. Any changes must be notified by our office in writing. We may from time to time have to take additional tax and surcharges.The ticket will inform you of charges prior to issue of the ticket.

11. CANCELLATION

If you or any members of your group have to cancel your vacation, you must be informed, in writing, by the individual who booked the reservation and is accountable for the cost. of the cancellation fees.

A full payment is required to secure fare, but the initial payment will not guarantee the an exact price as the consolidator/airline has the rights to increase prices for any reason, and the customers are required to pay for the difference in tax or fare. Therefore, make payment ASAP and have your ticket in order to avoid this scenario If you decide to make a reservation cancellation, then PS75 cancellation fees per person will be charged. Refunds of any kind are expected to take between 3 and 4 days.

Travel Insurance Premiums aren't refundable after the issue of a ticket could result in the loss of 100% of the total expense of travel arrangements , in the majority of instances. Consult your reservation advisor. Charter flights have 100% cancellation fees regardless of when the ticket issue.

12. COMPLAINTS

If you experience an issue during your trip and you are experiencing a problem, it is required by law to inform the owner of the property, hotel management or local agent who will attempt to solve the issue. If the issue cannot be solved locally, you need to get a written confirmation of the complaint was filed. Then, you must submit the complaint within 28 days of returning home by writing us with all the pertinent information. If you do not adhere to this process this could make it impossible to examine the complaint in full.

13. LEGAL JURISDICTION

We acknowledge our clients' rights to be subject to courts anywhere in the UK where the client is located. For clients who are not living outside the UK the Court of England shall have sole jurisdiction.

14. LEGAL JURISDICTION (Condition B)

The Company is an agent only for transactions that concern flights, care hire accommodation, package holidays, and so on. and will book these services for you(the customer) for the Operator or Supplier (the the Principal). The Company is not the Principal and does not act as the Principal and neither should be considered to be the Principal by inference or any other way. This confirmation is not an agreement. The contract is between you and the Principal who is named on the overleaf. The Company is not responsible for the principal's actions and omissions, or for their failures.

The booking cannot be confirmed until the required deposit is accepted by The Company. Principals reserve the rights to raise prices until the time they receive the remainder. A deposit is a guarantee of your spot but not the price.

Reservations made are immediately subject to principal's conditions and terms. The Company has no power to alter them in favor of the client.

All amendments/cancellations will incur charges. It is important to note that a phone confirmation of booking is as solidly verified as if the booking was written at the time of booking or confirmation. moment.

The Company will endeavor to satisfy the Client's needs to the best of its ability and, in the event of a complaint it will forward the complaint to the concerned Principal on behalf of the client. Only as an agent, The Company will not be capable of committing the Principal to their proper course of action. The Company strongly advises that the client take out sufficient insurance, regardless of whether it is the principal's condition of booking. The client is advised to study the terms and conditions of any insurance contract in order to determine the validity of the coverage. The Company is happy to provide you with an insurance quote. If insurance is denied, you will be required for our indemnity agreement.
